    At CHEESEWERKS we fully are engaged in the promotion and development of our ingredients, and will continuously. This is our inaugural Meet the Maker series. These are intimate culinary experiences filled with a menu crafted exclusively for the evening, tasting information and personal stories from our the artisan partners. We are extremely excited to be showcasing and featuring Gunn Hill's Artisan Cheese here.

    Our first event was held on January 15, 2012. We celebrated the Golden Globes with our Golden Grilled Awards dinner. The wonderful folks who signed up for the event was treated to a 5 course meal.

    We officially opened on Friday December 16, 2011. And to celebrate this, we gave away for FREE our Original Grilled Cheese sandwich from 12-2pm...boy was it ever a hit with huge line ups!

    We were invited and asked to participate in this years Christmas Market down at the Distillery District.
     
 

Finally. A restaurant that's all about the cheese. We crafted a menu of artisan grilled cheese sandwiches, house made soups, fine cheeses, and other gourmet grub that you can enjoy with a glass of wine or small-batch artisan brew. An ooey gooey kind of place.
